We only use the highest and best A5 class Kobe beef, taken from premier pastures, brought to your table after having been grilled to perfection using the best coals taken from Kishu in Japan’s Wakayama Prefecture.

Introduction of the dishes common to all courses

The meal begins with appetizers created with seasonal ingredients. The Japanese ingredients are palatable for people from different countries.

Seasonal soup

Keeping the balance of the cuisine in mind, we offer soups even while using Japanese ingredients.

In similar style to that of a Kobe beef shop, the deserts can be enjoyed with Kishu charcoal roasted coffee or tea.

This Garlic Rice is appetizing with the full aroma and taste of garlic and is prepared with Kobe beef, using Kobe beef tips stewed in red wine. The rice is chosen by craftsmen who are qualified Japanese rice masters.

Enjoy roasted ichibo Japanese beef, which is cut from the lower back, above the rump, for an additional \1000.
